are going to see that the gold and non-chrome finishes are not going to be covered. Something else to consider is that the individual that purchased the shower head must own the home that it is in for the warranty to be valid.
It just seems that there are some hoops to jump through with the warranty and maybe it is not as good as they make it out to be.
